Mirjam Eckert & Pawsitive ParksThe project Skyrthalia vol. II – Pawsitive Parks will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece, from 3 to 22 December 2025. It is implemented as a 20-day volunteering in teams project under the framework of the activity “Be Sustainable, Sportive and Cultural” (compact action). Thessaloniki's stray animal crisis is pervasive, driven by low sterilization rates, limited funding, health risks from disease and parasites, and societal neglect or abuse.

At Agalitsas Restaurant in Ladadika, the team gathered for the Goodbye Event. It was a night filled with shared memories, emotional toasts, and promises of future collaborations. Participants reflected on their journey, celebrating both personal growth and collective achievements.

The team took the Green Velocity Manifesto to the public, performing a lively CPR choreography demonstration at Zoggolopoulos Umbrellas. Citizens joined in, creating a spontaneous circle of movement and dialogue. Volunteers diffused flyers featuring Stefan’s comics, spreading awareness in a unique, interactive way

Today was the culminating moment of the Green Velocity journey. The Symposium at the Green Executive Club brought together participants, coordinators, and special guests for a presentation of project outcomes. In the evening, a vibrant celebration allowed everyone to reflect on their achievements while enjoying the fruits of their hard work.

The energy today was electric as we gathered at the Green Executive Club for the final preparations leading up to the Green Velocity Symposium. Every team member brought their A-game, ensuring that presentations, visual content, and technical setups were perfectly aligned for the event that will showcase months of creativity, dedication, and teamwork.

On this day we worked really hard to prepare symposium in the best condition. We had zoom meeting where Ilana showed us the script of the symposium.

Entering the final week with determination, participants immersed themselves in personal and collective project tasks. Remote work was seamlessly combined with community feedback sessions, allowing every idea to be polished to its finest detail.
