The “Building Safer Communities in Entertainment” e-learning course aims to support people active in cultural and entertainment spaces in creating safer, more inclusive, and supportive environments. Through eight online sessions, participants will explore practical tools and approaches related to community care, safer event management, prevention of discrimination and harassment, and inclusive practices within LGBTI+ and women’s communities.

The “Sound Atlas of Resilience” training course aims to explore how music can be used as a powerful tool for emotional resilience, empowerment, and social inclusion. Participants will reflect on the role of music in youth work and community settings, particularly in supporting individuals facing social challenges such as exclusion, trauma, or displacement.

The “The Polarities of Democracy: Learn from the Founder – Live Webinar with Dr William Benet” e-learning activity introduces participants to the Polarities of Democracy framework, which explores key tensions within democratic systems such as freedom vs. authority or participation vs. representation. Participants will learn how to apply polarity thinking to better understand and manage complex societal challenges in youth work and civic engagement contexts.

The “Dive into Youth Participation in Sports Sector” training course aims to support participants in strengthening youth participation within grassroots sports organisations. It focuses on empowering young people to take a more active role in decision-making, club activities, and organisational development.

The “RESPROUT OUR ROOTS: More-than-human and Imagination” training course aims to create a laboratory space where participants can reflect on and re-examine their relationship with what is commonly called “nature.” Through imagination, artistic practices, rituals, and non-formal education tools, the project encourages participants to reconnect with their roots and explore alternative ways of relating to the more-than-human world.

The “Social Theatre Social Media: Creating Digital Content” training course aims to equip youth workers with the skills to create educational digital content using storytelling, theatre, and audiovisual tools. The project focuses on addressing social issues while making youth learning more engaging, creative, and inclusive.

The “COMPASS” training course is an 8-day, digital-free experience designed to strengthen personal resilience, enhance crisis management skills, and prevent professional burnout among youth workers. Through Adventure Education methods such as trekking and canoeing, participants will engage in experiential learning in a natural environment.

The “ShiftWork — Non-formal Paths to Entrepreneurship” training course aims to deepen participants’ understanding of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial learning within non-formal education.
