Goal: The “Connecting Garden” training course aims to support youth workers and educators in learning how to accompany young people in creating natural spaces that foster reconnection with nature, oneself, and others. Through experiential and non-formal learning methods, participants will explore how gardens and outdoor environments can become educational and transformative spaces for well-being, inclusion, and personal growth.
The training promotes nature-based learning as a way to strengthen emotional resilience, social connection, ecological awareness, and community engagement among young people.
Who can participate: Youth workers, educators, facilitators, and individuals interested in nature-based learning, ecological practices, well-being, and community-building approaches in youth work.
Participants from: Armenia, France, Georgia, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Romania, Spain, Türkiye
Funding: Accommodation, meals, and programme activities are expected to be covered through Erasmus+ funding. Travel reimbursement is generally provided according to Erasmus+ distance bands and green travel principles. Participants are advised to consult the organisers for exact reimbursement conditions and participation requirements.
