Training offer : NGO’s Sustainability 2.0

Goal: The “NGO’s Sustainability 2.0” Training Course aims to strengthen the capacity of youth organisations and NGOs to become more resilient, effective, and sustainable in the long term. Through a combination of non-formal education methods, peer learning, and practical workshops, participants will explore strategies for organisational development, financial sustainability, partnership building, communication, and impact management.

The training is designed to help organisations address current challenges in the non-profit sector and develop sustainable approaches that ensure their long-term viability and social impact. The project will happen under Spin’s KA1 Accreditation.


Who can participate: Youth workers, NGO staff members, project coordinators, managers, board members, volunteers with leadership responsibilities, and professionals involved in organisational development and sustainability within civil society organisations.


Participants from: Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries


Funding: Accommodation, meals, and programme activities are covered by the organisers through Erasmus+ funding. Travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands and the conditions specified by the organisers. Participants should consult the official call for detailed financial information and reimbursement procedures.
