Goal: The “Connect & Create: KA220 Partnership Lab” is an international training course designed to strengthen participants’ competences in developing Erasmus+ Key Action 2 (KA220) Cooperation Partnerships in the youth field. The activity aims to support organisations in building sustainable international cooperation, fostering innovation, promoting organisational learning, and increasing the quality and impact of youth work projects.
The training will provide a practical space for participants to explore project ideas, identify suitable partners, and gain hands-on experience in designing KA220 proposals that respond to current challenges in the youth sector. Through networking, collaborative work, and expert guidance, participants will be better equipped to develop strategic partnerships and innovative projects with long-term impact.
Who can participate: Representatives of youth organisations, NGOs, youth workers, project coordinators, trainers, educators, and professionals involved in Erasmus+ project development who are interested in creating or joining KA220 Cooperation Partnerships. Participants should have a clear interest in international cooperation and organisational development within the youth sector.
Participants from: Eastern Partnership countries, Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries, Southern Mediterranean countries, and Western Balkan countries.
Funding: Accommodation, meals, programme activities, and travel reimbursement are covered according to Erasmus+ and National Agency regulations. Participants should check the specific conditions established by their National Agency and the organisers.
