The “Mentoring under Construction – Focus Mentoring” training course is an advanced residential training designed for mentors working within the European Solidarity Corps (ESC). Based on the Mentoring Competence Framework, the course aims to strengthen the quality of mentoring support provided to volunteers by deepening participants’ understanding of mentoring processes, learning support, and personal development pathways.

The training aims to help participants move from theoretical knowledge to practical application of the European Solidarity Corps programme. It focuses on understanding how to implement ESC projects, manage volunteers, clarify roles and responsibilities, and integrate the solidarity dimension into projects. Participants will also explore partnership-building and quality standards in ESC projects.

Impact Camp is a training course designed for decision-makers in organisations who aim to increase the positive impact, visibility, and recognition of their work. The programme focuses on strategic thinking, communication, and tools to strengthen organisational outreach and effectiveness.

Collaborating in Youth Worker Teams is a certified Training Course aligned with ETS standards, aimed at strengthening youth workers’ competences in working effectively within international teams. Participants will develop skills in teamwork, conflict management, and collegial learning.

In Balance With Nature is a long-term Training Course focused on outdoor education approaches for youth workers and educators. It aims to develop competences in using nature as a learning environment to support personal development, wellbeing, and environmental awareness.
