Training course : Collaborating in Youth Worker Teams - Lithuania.

Goal: Collaborating in Youth Worker Teams is a certified Training Course aligned with ETS standards, aimed at strengthening youth workers’ competences in working effectively within international teams. Participants will develop skills in teamwork, conflict management, and collegial learning. The programme includes experiential and outdoor education activities, team-building exercises, simulations of group processes, reflection sessions, and peer learning to improve cooperation and communication in diverse youth work settings.

Who can apply: Youth workers, trainers, facilitators, and NGO staff from Erasmus+ Youth Programme and Partner Countries interested in teamwork, international cooperation, and professional development.

Funding: Funded under the Erasmus+ Youth Programme. Accommodation, food, and programme costs are covered, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands. Youthpass certificate provided.
