“FACILITAID” is a training course focused on inclusion and project development within the Erasmus+ programme. It aims to enhance the competences of youth workers in designing and implementing inclusive educational processes using adapted non-formal learning methods. Special attention is given to working with diverse groups of young people, including those with disabilities and other disadvantaged backgrounds.

Collaborating in Youth Worker Teams is a certified Training Course aligned with ETS standards, aimed at strengthening youth workers’ competences in working effectively within international teams. Participants will develop skills in teamwork, conflict management, and collegial learning.
