Training course : In Balance With Nature - Poland

Organisers: Le Lab Lisieux Normandie and Fundacja Młodzi Dla Europy.

Goal: In Balance With Nature is a long-term Training Course focused on outdoor education approaches for youth workers and educators. It aims to develop competences in using nature as a learning environment to support personal development, wellbeing, and environmental awareness. The programme includes outdoor activities, experiential learning sessions, nature-based workshops, group reflection, and practical exercises to design educational activities that can be implemented in participants’ local contexts.

Who can apply: Youth workers, educators, and facilitators from Estonia, France, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Malta, Poland, and Republic of North Macedonia interested in outdoor education and environmental learning.

Funding: Funded under the Erasmus+ Youth Programme. Accommodation, food, and programme costs are covered, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands. Youthpass certificate provided.
