The “NGO’s Sustainability 2.0” Training Course aims to strengthen the capacity of youth organisations and NGOs to become more resilient, effective, and sustainable in the long term. Through a combination of non-formal education methods, peer learning, and practical workshops, participants will explore strategies for organisational development, financial sustainability, partnership building, communication, and impact management.
