Goal: The “REACT - Radical Education: A Long-Term Training Course for Educators” is an ambitious 11-month international learning journey designed for educators and youth workers who wish to rethink educational practices through radical, critical, and transformative approaches. The programme combines online learning, local implementation, and two international residential activities to support participants in developing innovative educational methods that address structural and societal challenges. Inspired by traditions of critical pedagogy and radical thinking, REACT encourages participants to question dominant assumptions, imagine alternative futures, and explore education as a tool for collective action and systemic transformation.

Who can participate: Educators, youth workers, trainers, facilitators, and professionals involved in formal or non-formal education who are interested in critical pedagogy, social transformation, and alternative educational practices. The programme particularly welcomes participants working on topics such as climate justice, anti-racism, intersectionality, LGBTQI+ inclusion, democracy, eco-crisis, social inequalities, and community empowerment.

Participants from: Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries

Funding: Accommodation, programme activities, and meals during residential activities are covered by the organisers. Travel reimbursement is provided according to Erasmus+ distance bands. A participation contribution may apply depending on participants’ financial situation and professional status.
