Goal: The “COMPASS” training course is an 8-day, digital-free experience designed to strengthen personal resilience, enhance crisis management skills, and prevent professional burnout among youth workers. Through Adventure Education methods such as trekking and canoeing, participants will engage in experiential learning in a natural environment.
Who can participate: Youth workers and individuals involved in youth work who are interested in resilience-building, outdoor education, and managing stress and burnout in their professional practice.
Participants from: Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries, Partner Countries Neighbouring the EU
