Goal: The “Dive into Youth Participation in Sports Sector” training course aims to support participants in strengthening youth participation within grassroots sports organisations. It focuses on empowering young people to take a more active role in decision-making, club activities, and organisational development.

Who can participate: Youth workers, sports coaches, and individuals involved in grassroots sports organisations or clubs working with young people who are interested in enhancing youth participation and engagement.

Participants from: Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries, Western Balkan countries
