I have been in Thessaloniki for almost 4 weeks now. In the mornings, I spend time in the garden, and in the evenings I work in the office. I’m finally starting to see progress in the garden! It’s becoming cleaner and more organised, and soon I’ll start focusing more on the planting area and other things. Other than that, not much has happened. Mostly I’ve been working, getting more familiar with the work and exploring the neighborhood even more this week.

I have been here for about two weeks now and after I came home from the Arrival training I got more familiar with the work and I started to get a better understanding of what I am supposed to do. I went to the garden, no one had been there for a long time so there were many things I had to do like clean, pull up the weeds, organize tools, see what materials we had and what projects I want to do in the future.

So the erasmus days went going on from monday all the way through to saturday. I although had no involvement the last days. Actually I was only involved two days out of six. And I will tell you all about that but I will also tell you about an erasmus party event/orginized club thing that I saw an ad on facebook and went to, here in the city of Thessaloniki. The success of the inclusive sports event organized under the ESOL (Social Inclusion through Sport) program at the Ialysos Indoor Gymnasium was the direct outcome of close, exemplary cooperation.
