Visiting Thessaloniki was an unforgettable experience, as I was fascinated by its rich history, warm atmosphere, and the vibrant mix of tradition and modern life. What excited me most was the openness of the people, the cultural diversity I was able to explore every day, and the fact that I found many new friends with whom I shared beautiful moments. One of the highlights was also our short trip to Athens, where visiting the Acropolis was a truly breathtaking experience.

For me, volunteering was a challenge because there were many activities and interesting tasks. I liked the teamwork the most because there were other participants.

We had the incredible opportunity to work at Esai en Roi and at the club. In the office, we had so much fun preparing interviews for radio programmes, tidying up the games and writing descriptions of them. We also looked for activities to do for the club, and then tidied up and prepared the equipment to do them.

I was thrilled to discover that the city was incredibly beautiful and captivating. There were so many shops and merchants, and the people were absolutely delightful, kind and supportive. We had the pleasure of working at the vibrant office "Esai en Roi" with Eleni and at the lively club "The Green Executive Club" with Katerina and Nikos. At the office, we had the opportunity to tidy, sort, prepare interviews, plan activities and create materials for these activities.
