From the very beginning, we knew that the true value of our project would not be measured only by the activities we delivered, but also by our willingness to listen, reflect, and improve. Feedback became a key part of this journey, helping us understand the real impact of our actions and guiding us toward meaningful growth.
After the completion of our inclusive sports activities, we invited both educators and students to share their thoughts and experiences through evaluation questionnaires. This process allowed us to collect honest impressions, emotions, and suggestions from everyone involved. More importantly, it gave participants the opportunity to feel heard and actively included in the evolution of the project.
Teachers highlighted the strong collaboration between the participating schools and the positive atmosphere created during the activities. Their feedback also helped us identify areas where adjustments could be made, such as improving time management or adapting certain activities to different needs. Students, on the other hand, expressed in simple and sincere ways how the experience made them feel, what they enjoyed the most, and how the activities helped them understand inclusion in practice.
This feedback did not remain on paper. It became a practical tool that allowed us to rethink, refine, and strengthen our approach. By carefully reviewing the responses, we were able to adjust future actions, enhance participation, and ensure that every child feels safe, respected, and valued.
Most importantly, the evaluation process confirmed that inclusion is not a one-time event, but an ongoing effort. Listening to feedback reminded us that progress comes through openness, dialogue, and continuous learning. Thanks to this collective reflection, our project is now better equipped to move forward — stronger, more inclusive, and more responsive to the needs of the community it serves.
