From Action to Dissemination: A Working Meeting on Expanding the Project in Thessaloniki

Αs our project continues to evolve, moving beyond implementation toward long-term impact, a key milestone was the organization of a dedicated working meeting focused on dissemination and future expansion. This meeting brought together both the project team and the administrative coordination group, creating a shared space for reflection, planning, and strategic dialogue.

During the session, we presented the outcomes of the activities implemented so far, highlighting the inclusive model developed through sports and cooperation. Special attention was given to the strong educational and social value of the initiative, as well as its potential to be transferred to new contexts. The discussion focused on how this model could be meaningfully introduced to a wider audience, with Thessaloniki identified as a key area for future outreach.

The meeting served as an opportunity to present concrete requests and realistic dissemination possibilities within the city. Together, we explored ways to promote the initiative through presentations, school-based actions, and networking with local educational communities. Emphasis was placed on ensuring that any future implementation would remain faithful to the project’s core values: inclusion, collaboration, and respect for diversity.

One of the most important outcomes of the meeting was the planning of follow-up actions scheduled for April, during which the project will be presented to schools in Thessaloniki. These presentations aim not only to share results, but also to inspire educators and students to adopt inclusive practices through physical activity and teamwork.

This working meeting marked a significant step in transforming practical experience into a sustainable and transferable model. By focusing on dissemination, the project extends its reach beyond its original setting, reinforcing the idea that inclusion can grow, travel, and create meaningful connections across communities
