One of the most meaningful outcomes of the project was not limited to the activities themselves, but emerged through the strong professional bond formed between the educators of the two participating schools. What began as a structured collaboration within the framework of the programme gradually evolved into a relationship built on trust, mutual respect and a shared educational vision.
Throughout the preparation and implementation phases, educators worked closely together, exchanged ideas, discussed challenges and jointly designed inclusive activities. This continuous interaction created a safe and open space for dialogue, where experiences were shared honestly and practices were shaped collectively. Differences in school settings and student needs became an opportunity for learning rather than a barrier.
As the project progressed, cooperation moved beyond coordination and became genuine partnership. Teachers supported one another, reflected together on classroom realities and discovered common ground in their commitment to inclusion. This process strengthened professional confidence and highlighted the value of collaboration across educational contexts.
What makes this partnership truly significant is its continuity. The connection established between the two schools does not end with the completion of the project. On the contrary, it has laid the foundation for future joint actions, shared initiatives and long-term cooperation without institutional or thematic limitations. The educators involved have expressed a strong willingness to continue working together, exploring new inclusive practices and expanding their collaboration into different areas
The project thus functioned as a catalyst — not only for student inclusion, but also for building sustainable professional networks. It reminded us that meaningful change in education often begins with strong human relationships and grows through shared purpose.
This enduring bond between educators stands as one of the project’s most valuable legacies. It proves that when collaboration is rooted in common values and lived experience, it can transcend the boundaries of a single programme and continue to inspire inclusive practices for years to come.
