My interview was with Mészáros Zsuzsanna, a Hungarian community worker. I first met her during a Civil College Foundation training, as a teacher of for community development classes. Zsuzsa is a person I really look up to; she has years and years of experience and good examples of being a community worker, and she is also naturally good at teaching and educating others. During our interview we talked about her youth and experiences, about the effect COVID had on communities and her motivation despite the hardships. However our most interesting topic to me was possible solutions to keep young people from migrating from the countryside, a problem that is very relevant in our country and our team!
