Goal : Russian-speaking young people represent a significant part of the youth population in the Baltic region, creating both opportunities and specific needs for youth workers. This training course aims to strengthen the capacity of youth workers to better reach out to and include Russian-speaking youth in their activities and local communities.
Through non-formal learning methods, the training will provide participants with the opportunity to exchange experiences, reflect on challenges faced in youth work with Russian-speaking communities, and develop inclusive approaches adapted to multicultural and multilingual environments.
