Flying Giraffes is an Erasmus+ training course designed for youth workers who want to develop creative and engaging approaches to teaching emotional intelligence, empathy and communication skills to teenagers, using Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and experiential methods.

Russian-speaking young people represent a significant part of the youth population in the Baltic region, creating both opportunities and specific needs for youth workers. This training course aims to strengthen the capacity of youth workers to better reach out to and include Russian-speaking youth in their activities and local communities.
