URGENT : Vitality Vibes (ESC Short-Term Camp) Bulgaria

Date: 18 August – 9 September 2026


Location: Mrachenik, Bulgaria (rural village in the Balkan Mountains)


Organizer: Smokinya Foundation


Goal: The “Vitality Vibes” ESC Short-Term Camp is an intensive international volunteering experience designed to bring together young people from different countries to contribute to community development, sustainability initiatives, and educational activities in a rural environment. Through teamwork, non-formal education, and outdoor activities, participants will develop new skills while supporting local projects and promoting solidarity.


Who can participate: Young people aged 18–30 who are motivated to engage in volunteering, intercultural learning, sustainability, community life, and personal development. No previous volunteering experience is required.


Participants from: ESC Programme and Partner Countries (according to eligibility requirements)


Number of places: 15 volunteers


Funding: Fully funded through the European Solidarity Corps programme, including accommodation, food, pocket money, insurance, mentoring, and travel reimbursement according to ESC regulations. No participation fee is required.


Additional details:

  • 23-day international volunteering camp in rural Bulgaria

  • Hosted at the Bright Future Training Centre in Mrachenik
