Goal: SIT (Sink Into Transformation) is an Erasmus+ Training Course that offers an advanced personal development and integration experience for youth workers. Through engaging with nature connection, silence, embodiment practices, and reflective methods, participants will slow down, integrate personal experiences, deepen self‑awareness, and strengthen inner resilience — enhancing their capacity for mindful and transformative youth work practice. Who can apply: Youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, and educators from the United Kingdom, Eastern Partnership countries, Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries, Southern Mediterranean countries, and Western Balkan countries. (salto-youth.net)
Funding: Funded under the Erasmus+ Youth Programme. Participation includes coverage of accommodation, food, and programme costs, with travel costs reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands. Participants receive a Youthpass certificate recognising their learning. (salto-youth.net)
