Training offer for Mentors from the Baltic States on Strengthening Volunteers’ Mental and Emotional Well-being

Organizer: Agency for International Programs for Youth of Latvia (National Agency)
Goal: This training course aims to support volunteer mentors and youth work professionals in strengthening the mental and emotional well-being of ESC volunteers. Participants will explore practical tools and approaches to better understand volunteers’ needs, provide effective support, and foster resilience and well-being throughout the volunteering experience. The training encourages reflection, peer exchange, and the development of supportive mentoring practices.
Who can participate: Volunteer mentors and youth work professionals working with European Solidarity Corps (ESC) volunteers, particularly those involved in supporting their well-being and personal development.
Participants from: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
Funding: Funded through the Erasmus+ Youth / European Solidarity Corps framework. Accommodation, meals, and programme costs are covered by the organisers. Travel costs are reimbursed according to programme rules.
