Goal: The “Equipping Youth Workers with Necessary Competences” training course aims to strengthen the core skills of youth workers in non-formal education. Participants will develop competencies in session design, group facilitation, and public speaking, enabling them to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.

Who can participate: Youth workers, trainers, and individuals involved in education who want to improve their facilitation skills and learning delivery methods.

Participants from: Albania, Hungary, Italy, Romania, Spain
