A 4-day online training programme focusing on mental health and well-being for young people who travel, volunteer, or work in intercultural environments. The course uses non-formal learning methods such as teamwork, role-plays, games and reflection activities.
Date : 1 – 4 May 2026.
Location : Alexandria, Egypt.
Organizer: Mai Elsaid - Iris Egypt (Youth NGO)
Goal: The training aims to help participants better understand their own mental well-being and develop practical tools to support mental health in youth work and international mobility contexts. Participants will learn how to manage stress, overthinking, and time effectively, set boundaries, build healthy routines, and identify what contributes to their personal balance and happiness.
Who can participate: Youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, project managers, volunteering mentors, youth coaches, researchers and policymakers interested in youth well-being and mental health.
This activity is for participants from: Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries, Partner Countries Neighbouring the EU, and other countries worldwide.
Working language: English.
Funding / Costs: Participation is free of charge as the activity takes place online.
