Introduction
Between 14 and 19th of May we hosted the ''Creative Youth Workers' Network for Inclusion'- Seminar, in Brasov, bringing together 20 youth workers from Bulgaria, Greece, Slovakia, Poland, France, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain and Romania. The Seminar addressed the common challenges faced by youth workers and create opportunities for collaboration in the youth field. Participants developed strategies to create supportive environments for the youth they work with, exchange best practices, experiences, learn and test creative, innovative methods.
During the Seminar 'Creative Youth Workers Network for Inclusion', we created a network of youth workers and NGOs called 'IncluHUB' and identified methods to officially register it. Participants shared knowledge, methods, activities ideas, increasing their facilitation and youth work competences. They discussed about ways to develop sustainable projects that address the specific needs of their communities.
Yiannis' comments
Yiannis Fragkoulis, being the representative of ESAI EN ROI regarding the artistic sector, has been fond of the idea of uniting those multi-diverse groups of young individuals and Youth Workers for working in a common aim, with basic vehicle arts and creativity. Thus, returning to Thessaloniki, he exposed the idea that has been worked on during the seminar, of applying with other Youth Workers, members of the Network, a KA2 erasmus+ project, sharing the contacts and presenting the basic concept.
Being delighted from the great work, we keep on contact with the coordinator and the partner members of the Creative Youth Workers Network for Inclusion aiming to take advantage of this great core for applying a KA2 application in R1/2025.
