I would like to publicly thank the organization "ESAI EN ROI" for giving me the opportunity to attend this seminar in Romania. It was a wonderful experience in the beautiful city of Brasov surrounded by mountains and so much  green. The organizers made sure we didn't miss anything and we had the honor of eating at one of the best restaurants in town that provided several choices of Greek cuisine!

In general I have a lot of experience in Erasmus + projects and I feel that we need to improve the way we evaluate the programmes seeing that many organisations are impersonal ( Mostly online) and many programmes are designed with artificial intelligence which reduces the impact and potential of the projects.

So now I seek to participate in projects that have a healthy structure, and how do you achieve this with physical, and personal contact. So we met with 20 more youth workers  from 10 countries with the aim of creating quality and healthy Erasmus+ programmes born out of the needs and interests of the organisations. Everyone presented their work  and our interests and through mutual interaction we created the incluHub cooperation network.

A network of organisations to create healthy partnerships, claiming European public money, in order to solve problems, involve more people in our projects but above all to improve the quality of people's lives.

We presented our organisation's activities and structured a project with partners from Romania, Italy and Cyprus with the same interests. The aim of the project is to empower local artists, exchange good practices, and create collective events through partnerships that will be able to improve our own events by raising their quality and attracting more audiences.
