This week was full of creativity, teamwork, and planning. We continued working on the Garden and Hidden Treasures projects, while also preparing for the upcoming Green Friday event at the end of November.
As part of the garden project, we focused on planning the painting of the garden doors. To make sure our design fits well with the space, we consulted with teachers to discuss possible ideas and color options. After a productive discussion, we finalized our concept and are now ready to start painting the door next week.
Another highlight of the week was our visit to local parks, which is part of the Hidden Treasures activities. It was a great opportunity to explore the area, get inspired by nature, and gather ideas for future community activities.
We also began rehearsing for the upcoming performance, learning the choreography and preparing for the final show. The rehearsals brought a lot of energy and team spirit to the group.
In addition, we received exciting news — we will become social mentors for new volunteers arriving in December! We’re looking forward to supporting them and helping them integrate into our projects and activities.
Overall, it was a productive and inspiring week filled with creative work, collaboration, and preparation for the events ahead.
