Thanks to the 4th School of Special Education of Thessaloniki, the NGO Esai in Roi, teachers, parents' association, the volunteer Maria Loukidou and other parts involved, last Tuesday we celebrated the graduation festival of the eight children who finished their primary education to proceed next year to the secondary school.
During the last months, we have carried out in the school, a project to promote sports, fun and games among the students; we have made activities and games adapted to their capacities for one or two days a week.
The realization of these games has led us to the elaboration of a book where we explain the process, the games and the explanatory photos of the experience in the school.
We were also able to play some of the games in the graduation festival, enjoying a precious time with children, parents, teachers, volunteers, etc. Personally, I am very happy to have shared this experience with such beautiful people and to have contributed and learned so much from it.
