Teachers play a crucial role in shaping inclusive learning environments, and their perspective offers invaluable insight into the true impact of our programme. For this reason, the evaluation process placed strong emphasis on gathering feedback from the educators who actively participated in the activities across both schools.
Through structured evaluation questionnaires and reflective discussions, teachers were invited to assess multiple aspects of the programme. These included the level of student engagement, the effectiveness of inclusive practices, the development of social and communication skills, and the overall pedagogical value of the activities. Their responses provided a comprehensive picture of how the programme functioned in real educational settings.
Educators highlighted the positive influence of collaborative activities on classroom dynamics, noting increased empathy, cooperation and mutual respect among students. Many also emphasized how the programme supported differentiated instruction and offered practical tools that could be transferred to everyday teaching practice.
Beyond student outcomes, the evaluation focused on professional growth. Teachers reflected on how the programme encouraged interdisciplinary collaboration, strengthened cooperation between schools and fostered a shared understanding of inclusion. This exchange of experiences created a foundation for long-term pedagogical partnerships beyond the project’s duration.
The insights gathered through this evaluation process are instrumental in guiding future actions. Teachers’ voices help us refine our methods, reinforce what proved effective and adapt areas that require improvement. Ultimately, their feedback confirms that meaningful educational change is built through collaboration, reflection and a continuous commitment to inclusive education.
