The Training Course "Travel around our mind and soul" was for me a real trip inside ourselves! Through the whole week we had the chance to get deeper and recognise part of ourselves that we didn't know before! It was a really interesting training to develop our self awareness learn more about many kinds of biases in our communities, in our families and ourselves! Moreover we had the change to get to know better about emotional intelligence and how important is for our lives! It was an amazing experience that helped develop skills and gain knowledge that I'll utilize in my daily life!
