The Karatasou Park is a space with great potential for the development of all kinds of cultural activities, sports, ecological plans, etc. It is a privileged place that with a little effort, it can become a reference and icon of the city of Thessaloniki.
The last weeks, within the health promotion projects of the Kaizen Youth for Health European Volunteering Program, we have developed several bike routes for city or mountain biking.
The routes have different paths, difficulties and durations and with the aim of making them attractive and promoting among children, the routes have been developed in such a way that each one of them draws the shape of an animal, an idea that magically appeared with the first route.
The five routes are called:
- The mouse
- The snake
- The inverted bull
- The dog
- The whale
