Final Report

Jelena arrived in Greece on the 12th of February 2021. Her first online nutrition consultation was on the 15th of February. We discussed her nutritional habits, her daily routine and her goals regarding nutrition. Throughout our conversation we talked about the benefits of the Mediterranean diet and how she could adjust her everyday nutritional habits according to the Mediterranean model. We ended up with a personalized diet plan that she was very happy to follow. Her feedback during our second online nutritional consultation was very positive. She had no issues following the plan and she mentioned that it helped her throughout her day and gave her good and healthy options for dinner.
