Today, it is a month since I arrived in Greece and every days, I am discovering more about its culture, its people and its places. This weekend I was able to visit one of the most beautiful and spectacular place in the country, the natural and monumental complex of Meteora.
Meteora rises on mountain peaks with amazing forms, the beautiful monasteries house incredible works of art, which describe the entire history of the religion and the country. I was very impressed by watching its sunset since the rocks and walking through the town of Kalambaka, with incredible views of the mountains.
On Sunday, we went to the villages around the Olympic Mountain, we arrived in car to the beginning of the park, the views were stunning.
Also this week, I have tasted some more typical dishes of the area and was able to enjoy the center of Thessaloniki and my beautiful neighbourhood, Anopoli. With the bars open, the city has an incredible atmosphere.
