Emilio travels across Greek tastes and flavors

Emilio arrived in Thessaloniki on the 12th of Aplil 2021. Our first online nutrition consultation was on the 18th of April and we had a very productive discussion. Emilio is a person that is very well informed about the Mediterranean diet, pays a lot of attention to his diet, listens to his body and he makes very healthy choices for himself. I gave him some small tips to follow during the day and we perfected his daily diet plan. His feedback during our second online nutritional consultation was very positive. He was extremely busy during the day but he had no issues following the plan.
