Carnical Day at School
Another of the many things I am learning is how important Carnival day is in Greece. People dress up and enjoy the day in the company of friends and family. Of course, at school we couldn't be less, so we celebrate the day by decorating the corridors and classes with different decorations. Also, many of the children dressed up and put on makeup. In addition, we prepare several "skirts" to dance the macarena.
We were celebrating the day eating, dancing, singing, playing with streamers. It was a different but very special day. Little by little I get to know the children better and they get to know me. It's nice to see how they want to spend time with you.
