My name is Davor Tadić. First of all it was my pleasure to participate in this international project and also full of challenges that I don't have the opportunity to taste every day. Something like learning the culture and traditions of other Balkan countries was exciting. The most difficult task for me personally was learning folk dances and music, and the task that I did the easiest was definitely to prepare "Plata" of local food and teach the other participants about the cooking profession. The most interesting part was a tour of Mount Olympus and a visit to the seashore.. Thanks to partner organisations to select me for Pop up arts through Balkans 2022.
