1. Dai tempo al tempo – “Give time to the time”
When you are Young you tend to be anxious about your future because you want everything immediately. When you are at the university, you are looking forward to finishing all the exams and get your degree, and when you are done with the university the only thing that you want is to find a good job and start a “grown up” life.
I personally thing that everything has its time, and we do not need to rush the different steps of our life. There is a time to study, a time to have fun, a time to travel, a time to work hard, a time to find a job… And why not, also a time to stop and rest without feeling guilty. I strongly believe that every young boy and girls should bear this in mind and focus on the experiences he/she is doing without thinking and getting worried about the next step. Everything will come at the right time!
1. Non accontentarti mai – “Never feel satisfied”
I think that one of the main driving forces which should move a Young person is the conviction that he or she is always able to do a Little bit more than what he or she is doing. The worst mistake for me is to get to use to what you have and what you are doing, even if you think that we have reached our dreaming job or our perfect personal status; instead, we should keep improving and enrich our knowledge, developing new capacities.
Of course, this driving force must be applied both to a personal and labour perspective. If we ignore this motor, the risk to get to use to things, people and situations is really high and it will lead us to boredom and even worst to unsatisfaction.
