1. Do you value your health as something important at your age?
Of course my health is the most important thing no matter your age, but I think it’s better to have a good health since we are young because it’s easier for us to do it. When we get older, it is more difficult to control weight, more health problems appear and it becomes more complicated.
2. Do you consider the health as a public/general concern that we have to keep as a community/ as a family/ in your group of friends?
Yes, I think it’s need to keep the health as a community and we have to help people who need it...I mean, we have to motivate people who can’t or don’t know to take care of themselves. I believe that young people must promote sports and healthy lifestyles both in our generation, in the children and adults, as we are the active generation, the one that can move more.
3. How is important to you to follow a good diet?
For me, following a good diet is very important, it makes me feel good and be effective at work, but I understand that for many people this is complicated. There are people who do not have time to cook and eat well, they end up eating processed foods and meals that do not provide any nutrients. What we eat is basically what constitutes our body and what is going to make us feel good, so yes, I think it is very important.
4. Do you think the sport is needed to keep a good quality of life? Do you see this thought on the people around you?
Yes, I thing exercising is a good way to stay healthy and fit, and for me it changes my psychology. I think that at least, everyone should do sports from one to two times per week and I think it is a possible goal, you can always find a little time. Among young people and my friends around, yes, most of us do sports, but I think that in other generations it is much rarer.
5. How do you care your mental health?
The best way for me to care my mental health is to spend time with my friends and people I love… I think they can really help me if I am a bit down or something. I think that having healthy relationships improves our mental health a lot, but this is not always possible and also it is true, that there are times when we damage our mental health with nonsense things like alcohol, drugs and stuff...
6. What about addictions and youth?
Nowadays, the youth has many addictions… bad food, alcohol, drugs, social networks... I thing in this life it is possible to do anything but always with control and being consciousness about the addiction. Some addictions can drown you in a very bad way. We have to keep a balance with everything… of course this is difficult but we have to try and not get addicted to things that we know that makes us wrong.
7. What do you think about the relation between health and environment?
If I understand well, I’m sure that the environment is playing a good part for our health… Pollution in cities and the natural environment directly affects people's health and I believe that we are all responsible for this, so we can all contribute to reducing pollution, for the planet and for ourselves and our health. I also believe that education is very important, since many people have no any awareness.
