Training offer : Youth TOOLS Residencies - Tools for Generation Alpha

A training course focused on adapting youth work tools and methods to better respond to the needs, behaviours and expectations of Generation Z and Generation Alpha.


Date : 21 – 27 April 2026


Location : Krusevo, Republic of North Macedonia


Organizer: Mission: Reconnect (Youth NGO)


Goal: The activity aims to strengthen participants’ competences in designing and adapting innovative and relevant tools for younger generations. It focuses on:

  • understanding the needs, realities and behavioural patterns of Generations Z and Alpha

  • designing, testing and adapting tools for youth work

  • addressing challenges such as digitalisation, mental health and changing learning styles

  • sharing practices and mapping existing tools across organisations

  • developing new approaches to better engage and empower young people


Who can participate: Youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, mentors and educators interested in updating their methods and tools to better engage younger generations and respond to current youth challenges.


This activity is for participants from: Czech Republic, France, Republic of North Macedonia


Working language: English


Funding: Funded by the Erasmus+ Youth Programme. Accommodation and meals are covered by the organisers, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules.


Participants will receive a Youthpass certificate recognising their competence development.
