Training offer : Youth Mobility – Green Horizons: Navigating Sustainability through Experiential Learning and Emotional Intelligence

A blended mobility project bringing together youth and youth workers to explore the connections between sustainability, financial literacy, and emotional intelligence through experiential and non-formal learning.

Goal: The activity aims to support participants in developing a holistic approach to sustainability, combining environmental awareness with personal and social competences. Through experiential learning, participants will:

  • explore sustainable lifestyles and responsible decision-making

  • strengthen emotional intelligence and self-awareness

  • understand the role of financial literacy in sustainable choices

  • exchange practices and develop ideas for future youth projects


Who can participate: Young people and youth workers interested in sustainability, personal development, and innovative learning approaches, motivated to apply these competences in their local communities.


This activity is for participants from: Cyprus, Germany


Working language: English


Funding: Funded by the Erasmus+ Youth Programme. Accommodation, food, and programme costs are covered, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules.


Participants will receive a Youthpass certificate recognising their competence development.
