Training offer : Utopia Is Not An Island - Spain

Goal: This training course aims to equip youth workers with creative and non-formal education tools to challenge fear-based narratives affecting young people, especially LGBTQI+ youth and minority groups. Participants will explore ways to foster wellbeing, resilience, and inclusion, while developing safer and more empowering environments in youth work settings.

The programme will encourage participants to:

  • explore creative methodologies and storytelling tools in youth work

  • reflect on fear, discrimination, and exclusion affecting queer youth and minorities

  • exchange practices and develop new approaches to inclusive youth participation

  • build partnerships and ideas for future Erasmus+ youth projects.


This activity is for participants from: Belgium – DE, Belgium – FL, Belgium – FR, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain


Working language: English


Funding: This training activity is funded by the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. Accommodation and food are covered by the hosting organisation. Travel reimbursement follows Erasmus+ distance band rules.


Certification: Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, recognising their competence development during the activity.
