Training offer : Train the Trainer – Experience Outdoor Education in Poland

Immerse yourself in a one‑week outdoor training in remote Poland. Learn experiential education, rope skills, reflection methods, and learning theory—combined with nature, culture, and personal growth to empower your future work with groups.

Location : Narewka, Poland

Organizer: Institut für Erlebnispädagogik Germany

Goal: This training course aims to strengthen participants’ competences in outdoor and experiential education by combining:

• practical outdoor activities (e.g., rope courses, group challenges)

• theories of learning and reflection methods

• nature‑based experiences that support personal growth and professional practice Participants will develop tools to design, facilitate and reflect on outdoor learning processes for youth and groups.

This activity is for participants from: Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Sweden

Working language: English

Funding: Funded by the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme.

• Accommodation, food, materials and national transport are covered by the hosting organisation.

• Travel reimbursement depends on each sending National Agency, following Erasmus+ distance bands.

Certification: Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser for recognition of their competence development during the activity.
