Training offer : The Art of Saying it Right - Greece

A training course designed to strengthen communication, reflection, and emotional well‑being for youth workers. The course also addresses responsible and critical use of AI in youth work and fosters the creation of safe and inclusive learning spaces.

Organizer: Hellenic Youth Participation (Youth NGO)

Goal: The training aims to help participants:

• improve communication skills and interpersonal facilitation techniques

• support emotional well‑being and prevent burnout among youth workers

• learn methods for creating safe, inclusive learning environments

• explore the ethical, responsible use of AI in educational and youth work settings

• share practices and co‑create tools for reflective and mindful communication.

Who can participate: Youth workers, educators, facilitators, trainers and youth leaders interested in strengthening their skills in communication, well‑being, and reflective practice.

This activity is for participants from: Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Republic of North Macedonia, Spain

Working language: English

Funding: Funded by the Erasmus+ Youth Programme. Accommodation, meals and programme costs are covered by the organisers; travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance band rules.

Participants will receive a Youthpass certificate recognising their competence development during the activity.
