Training offer : PRO – Project Readiness for Erasmus+ Organisations - Sweden

A 6-day training course designed for NGO leaders and coordinators working with Erasmus+ KA1 projects, providing practical tools and structures to design, implement and manage high-quality projects.

Location : Kopparberg, Sweden

Organizer: Awesome People (Youth NGO)

Goal: The training aims to strengthen participants’ competences in developing and managing Erasmus+ projects effectively. It focuses on:

• understanding the full project cycle (design, implementation, evaluation)

• improving project quality and long-term impact

• developing practical tools for coordination, planning and management

• strengthening organisational capacity and strategic thinking

• exchanging good practices and building partnerships between organisations

This approach reflects broader Erasmus+ priorities of quality project design, inclusion, and impactful learning outcomes.

Who can participate: NGO leaders, project coordinators, youth workers and professionals who:

• are involved (or planning to be involved) in Erasmus+ KA1 projects

• want to improve their project management and coordination skills

• aim to increase the quality and impact of their organisation’s activities

• 
  

This activity is for participants from: Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries

Working language: English

Funding: Funded by the Erasmus+ Youth Programme. Accommodation, food and programme costs are covered by the organisers, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules.

Participants will receive a Youthpass certificate recognising their competence development.
