A training course focused on understanding youth radicalisation in the digital age and equipping youth workers with practical tools for prevention, early intervention and digital resilience.
Date : 4 – 12 May 2026.
Location : Bansko, Bulgaria.
Organizer: Association Alternativi International.
Goal: The training aims to deepen participants’ understanding of modern forms of youth radicalisation and extremism, especially in online environments. It provides practical tools to recognise early warning signs, prevent radicalisation processes and support young people through critical thinking, media literacy and inclusive youth work approaches. The course also explores how digital youth work and non-formal education methods can be used to build resilience and counter harmful narratives.
Who can participate: Youth workers, educators, trainers, youth leaders and professionals working with young people who want to better understand radicalisation processes and strengthen their capacity to prevent and address extremism in their daily work.
This activity is for participants from: Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries.
Funding: Funded by the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. Accommodation, meals and programme costs are covered by the organisers, while travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance rules.
