Training offer : Peace in Every Step – A Journey for Youth Workers - Croatia

This Erasmus+ training course introduces participants to Experiential Peacebuilding, using the framework of the Peace Compass, which explores peace on four levels: within oneself, with others, within society and culture, and with the Earth. The programme combines reflection, practical activities, and non-formal learning approaches.

Location : Selce, Croatia

Organizer: SVAG-Peace Power (Youth NGO)

Goal: This training aims to:

• develop understanding of peacebuilding through experiential learning

• explore the four dimensions of the Peace Compass

• strengthen skills in conflict transformation and dialogue

• promote self-awareness, empathy, and intercultural understanding

• equip youth workers with tools to integrate peace education into their practice

Who can participate: Youth workers, educators, and individuals interested in peacebuilding, personal development, and non-formal education.

This activity is for participants from: Croatia, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland

Working language: English

Funding: Funded by the Erasmus+ Youth Programme. Participants may receive financial support for travel, accommodation, and meals according to Erasmus+ rules.

A Youthpass certificate will be provided to recognise learning outcomes.
