Goal: Money Compass is a Training Course focused on strengthening financial literacy among young people through innovative youth work approaches. It equips youth workers with practical tools to teach budgeting, financial decision-making, and digital skills, including the use of AI tools. The programme includes interactive workshops, simulations, case studies, group work, and hands-on activities to design educational sessions tailored to young people, especially those with fewer opportunities.

Who can apply: Youth workers, educators, and NGO staff from Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Republic of North Macedonia, Romania, and Türkiye interested in financial education and digital tools in youth work.

Funding: Funded under the Erasmus+ Youth Programme. Accommodation, food, and programme costs are covered, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands. Youthpass certificate provided.
