Goal: LEC (Love Every Challenge) is a 5-day Erasmus+ Training Course for youth workers that focuses on personal development, resilience building, and leadership through experiential learning in nature. Participants will engage in outdoor challenges, embodiment exercises, teamwork activities, and reflection processes designed to deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional intelligence, and explore how to lead from personal values — insights that can be transferred directly into youth work practice.
Who can apply: Youth workers, trainers, volunteers, and educators from the United Kingdom, Eastern Partnership countries, Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries, Southern Mediterranean countries, and Western Balkan countries. (application page)
Funding: Funded through the Erasmus+ Youth Programme. Costs for accommodation, food, and the learning programme are covered, with travel costs typically reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands. Participants will receive a Youthpass certificate recognising their learning. (application page)
